This piece is a promotional poster for indie rock band The Shins' debut album Oh, Inverted World. The vector artwork was inspired by some fantasy sketches I had developed a few weeks earlier.

Two versions were created: one with white space and a lingering typographic thread at the bottom and a version with larger artwork, and less texturing.
